Health and safety: Accident preparedness

Health and safety is an increased focus in the media, with reporting on WorkSafe investigating a larger number of incidents and the Courts taking a tougher approach with increasing fines.  What happens following an accident is crucial to navigating the next steps in an investigation and defending any prosecution.

Our team of health and safety lawyers are working with businesses on what to do in the event of every boss’s worst nightmare – an accident causing injury, or worse, death.  Preparedness is especially helpful given the immediate response needed, once medical care is arranged, in engaging with WorkSafe.

We have a fixed price offer available to train your senior staff on “need to know” post-accident response tips, in a one hour session to be delivered in person or virtually, with time for questions, at $750 (plus GST/disbursements)

To arrange this training, or to discuss our health and safety services otherwise, please contact our team
