Having a clear strategy to address performance and misconduct issues is key to avoiding expensive and time consuming personal grievance claims.  In this session we’ll talk about the difference between poor performance and misconduct, and the “need to know” legal requirements to address these issues.  We’ll step you through the process to follow, and share practical tips to avoid common pitfalls.  We’ll also cover the “worst case scenario” – what to do if you are faced with a personal grievance claim.  There will be time for questions so that you can be confident you’ll leave knowing what you need to about addressing performance and misconduct concerns with employees.

This two hour workshop is suitable for HR Managers, HR Advisors, Managers, Consultants, employers to equip them with the tools to address performance and misconduct issues to mitigate the risk of claims
