Naoimh is a Partner in Queenstown and part of CAL’s national team. She has practiced in litigation for over 10 years overseas and in New Zealand and now specialises in employment law, health and safety law, immigration and related work.
Naoimh advises on all forms of contentious and non-contentious employment situations. She partners with clients to provide strategic advice appropriate to the organisation or individual. Her frequent practice involves restructuring for commercial transactions, dismissals, investigations, restraint of trade, protection of confidential information. She has provided advice to employers dealing with complex issues regarding immigration and employee visas.
Naoimh is experienced in acting for a range of corporate organisations, and various government entities as well and individual and private clients. She has provided health and safety law advice on key construction projects within the Christchurch rebuild and complex conservation projects. With a background in general litigation practice, Naoimh has a valuable awareness of the variety of issues which often feature in employment, immigration and health and safety work.
Naoimh’s work is commercially focused and her advice is practical. She often travels to clients to understand their business. Her strength is identifying what a client needs to achieve and how to achieve it.
Naoimh lives in Queenstown with her dog and ensures she actively makes the most of living there.
