Naoimh is part of the national team at Copeland Ashcroft Law based in Queenstown. She has practiced in litigation for 10 years and specialises in employment law, health and safety law and related work.
Naoimh advises on contentious and non-contentious situations including restructuring for commercial transactions, dismissals, investigations, restraint of trade, protection of confidential information, privacy issues, disputes and all employment related work.
Naoimh is experienced in acting for a range of corporate organisations, and various government entities as well as individual and private clients. She has provided health and safety law advice on key construction projects within the Christchurch rebuild and complex conservation projects. With a background in general litigation practice, Naoimh has a valuable awareness of the variety of issues which often feature in employment and health and safety work.
Naoimh’s work is commercially focused and her advice is practical. She often travels to clients to understand their business. Her strength is identifying what a client needs to achieve and how to achieve it.
Naoimh lives in Arrowtown with her dog and likes to make the most of living in Central Otago.
